The ITW Foundation

The Foundation contributes financial support to not-for-profit organizations through two major giving programs: a direct-giving program and a three-for-one matching gift program for employees. ITW's Direct Giving program funds 100 groups in the communities in which we're located.

Our grants support organizations that focus on education, the arts, health and human services, social welfare, housing, environmental and youth issues. For 2006, the Foundation contributed more than $12.8 million to fund community initiatives. Matching dollar contributions were more than $4.5 million of our overall funding for the past year. These dollars aid the diverse organizations that our employees choose to support financially.
