Allan C. Sutherland
Senior Vice President, Taxes and Investments
Mr. Sutherland holds a Bachelor
of
Science in Accountancy from
the University of Illinois and a Master of Science in Taxation from
DePaul University. He is a member of the Executives� Club of
Chicago, Commerce Council for the College of Business and Administration at the
University of Illinois, Illinois CPA society and the American Institute
of CPAs. He is also a member of the Finance Advisory Council
at DePaul University.
In 1993, Mr.
Sutherland joined ITW as Manager of Federal Tax and was shortly thereafter
promoted to Director of Worldwide Tax Planning. He was promoted in 1996 to Vice
President responsible for the Leasing & Investments segment. In 1997, he was named Senior Vice
President, Taxes & Investments. Prior to joining
ITW, Mr. Sutherland was a Senior Manager in the tax department with Ernst &
Young.
Mr. Sutherland
holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois and a Masters
of Science in Taxation from DePaul University.
