Executive Vice President, Polymers & Fluids
David C. Parry is Executive Vice President of Illinois Tool Works Inc. ( ITW), a Fortune 200 diversified manufacturer of highly engineered components and industrial systems and consumables. With $13.9 billion in revenues, ITW is a multinational manufacturer of a diversified range of value-adding and short lead-time industrial products and equipment. The Company consists of 840 business units in 57 countries and employs some 59,000 people.
Mr. Parry joined ITW in 1994 as General Manager of ITW Devcon and has also served as Vice President and General Manager of ITW Performance Polymers and General Manager of Devcon Plexus and ITW Devcon. In 2004, he was promoted to President of Performance Polymers, a $650 million adhesive and formulation group with 32 operating units. In 2006, he was named Executive Vice President responsible for the Polymers and Fluids businesses.
Mr. Parry obtained his B.S.C. in Chemistry at Manchester University in 1974, received his Masters Degree in 1975 followed by his PhD in 1977.
Mr. Parry is past director of the Adhesive and Sealants Council Board of Directors and past president of Hamilton and Wenham Youth Soccer Association. He was also past co-chair of ITW�s United Way Campaign.
